1. Orders & Preorders

By placing a preorder you are committing to purchase the product at the price shown at checkout. Preorder items are manufactured to order; estimated ship dates are shown at checkout and may change. We will email you about any significant change to the timeline.

2. Pricing, Payment & VAT

Prices are shown including the VAT applicable to your delivery destination. Payment is taken in full at checkout via Stripe. For orders shipped outside the UK, import VAT is collected at checkout and paid on your behalf (delivered duty paid), so there are no surprise charges on delivery.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the countries listed at checkout. Title and risk in the goods pass to you on delivery. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and we are not liable for delays outside our control.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Your cancellation and refund rights, including the statutory 14-day cooling-off period, are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Warranty

Products are covered against manufacturing defects. If an item is faulty, contact us and we will repair, replace, or refund it in line with your statutory rights.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including designs, images, logos, text, and videos — is the intellectual property of Orbiton unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
