The three artworks

The Orbiton lockup: the mark beside the name

Each one comes in black for light backgrounds, white for dark, and a version with our own plate colour already behind it.

What’s inside

  • svg/9 files

    The master artwork. Three logos × black, white, and on our own dark plate. Scales to anything.

  • png/9 files

    The same nine at 1024–2048 px, for slides, web, and any CMS that will not take SVG.

  • pdf/6 files

    Vector for print, in the format a printer or designer will ask for.

  • icon/2 files

    A square icon and a circle-safe avatar, for listings, programmes and profile slots.

A README in the pack repeats the rules below, so they travel with the files.

Using it

Colour

  • Plate#0C0D0Dour background

On white, use the black files. Our ink is a deliberate off-white and all but vanishes on paper.

Space and size

Keep clear space of at least 25% of the logo’s height on all four sides. The plate versions already include it.

Minimum sizes — mark 16 px or 6 mm, wordmark 90 px or 25 mm, lockup 120 px or 32 mm.

Please don’t

  • Recolour it, or add effects, shadows or outlines
  • Rotate, skew or stretch it — scale proportionally
  • Rebuild the name in another typeface
  • Place it on a busy photograph, or a colour close to its own

The name

Orbiton — one word, capital O. In body copy it is “Orbiton”, never “ORBITON”: the all-caps setting belongs to the logo.

The name is set in Geist Black.

We have not put product images on this page yet. The instrument is pre-production, and we would rather hand you a photograph of a real one than a render that reads as a product shot in print.
