Refund & Cancellation Policy

Before dispatch

You may cancel your preorder at any time before it ships for a full refund, including any shipping charged. Email orders@orbitonsynth.com with your order number.

After delivery (14-day cooling-off)

Under UK and EU consumer law you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason. Email us within 14 days of delivery, then return the item — unused and in its original packaging — within 14 days of telling us. We refund the product price and standard outbound shipping within 14 days of receiving the return. You pay return shipping, and you are responsible for the item until it reaches us (we recommend a tracked, insured return).

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 30 days for a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping.

Preorder timelines

Estimated ship dates are shown at checkout and may shift. We'll email you with any change, and you can cancel for a full refund at any point before dispatch.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
